Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays is an active organization which is involved in the community in many ways.
We meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month

General Meetings:

We meet at 7 PM on the third Tuesday of each month at First Congregational Church. 

At 7:05 we break into two or more discussion groups for support.  A facilitator is designated for each group, and the group chooses one or more topics. The facilitator may suggest some.  These groups are good places to talk about family or coming out issues, issues of sexual orientation identification, or other related LGBT topics.  We have a few basic expectations:

  • All shared information is kept strictly confidential
  • We respect the views of others.
  • We use do not blame or challenge the judgment of others

Announcements and general information follow our support group meetings. About 8 PM there is a program (about 45 minutes) after which we enjoy refreshments.
